This is an albino dolphin. It has pink skin, red eyes, and can be spotted in Lake Calcasieu, “an inland saltwater estuary, north of the Gulf of Mexico in southwestern USA”. It was first spotted in 2007. Aside from being the slightest bit smaller than the others in it’s pod, the dolphin seems to be relatively happy and healthy.
